Coaching is primarily, but not exclusively aimed at the corporate environment. Coaching covers a wide area of subjects and I am able to tailor coaching sessions to address and accommodate personal, staff or team issues as required.
I offer individual 1-1 coaching sessions to help manage all aspects of life related issues, including self-fulfilment, dealing with stress, working with people, goal setting and achieving goals & time management, problems in the home, relationship issues, depression, listening, family issues and more.
Corporate coaching is a powerful collaboration tool between coach and person, team or organisation, to support executives and organizations to maintain structure while they focus on goals and action steps to achieve their mission statement. It is looking at how to attain greater possibilities, perceived or real. Please refer to the Corporate Coaching information on my web page.

People often ask what the difference between Counselling and Coaching is. One is not better than the other, but one may be more appropriate at a given time.

- goal driven, pro-active and analytical,
- uses a SMART action plan (specific, measurable, assignable (achievable), realistic, time-related, Doran, 1981).
- provides the “how-to” by identifying your skills, and using your energy to take the steps to move from passivity to creativity, to achieve your goals.
- coaching is about mentoring you to keep the flame of self-belief burning so that you can be empowered to achieve the success you desire in whatever field you choose.
How do you eat an elephant? One mouthful at a time. That is what coaching does, breaks down the goal into manageable pieces that in turn get allocated into small achievable steps of action.
