What is stress ? Stress is defined as a “state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances”. Too much to do and too little time. The symptoms of stress are similar to those of anxiety. If you are not sleeping well, not enjoying life like you used to, your muscles are tight, you get angry quickly, you cannot relax and you have feelings of panic, you will likely be suffering the effects of being stressed.
To manage stress, there are a host of techniques which are helpful to bring you back to yourself. These techniques can easily be learnt and practised to relieve and manage your stress levels.
